  • Field Equine Vets take over from Clent Hills Equine

From March 1st Field Equine Vets will take over Clent Hills Equine and will be based at the original site at New House Farm. Field Equine Vets will continue to care for all of Clent Hills’ existing clients, however represents a completely new business. Alastair Field, Claire Brown and Dan Cooper will be supported by Anna, Jo and Jess within the office.

We have many exciting new schemes and proposals in place which we hope will offer a new improved service to our clients. The existing Zone Visit Scheme will continue, but in addition we are introducing a Free Yard Visit for certain yards, and a Saturday Visit Scheme for owners seeking routine work at the weekend.
Each vet will have a laptop in their car, enabling transparent charging and up to date invoicing, reducing unexpected vet bills at the end of the month. We have invested in a new x ray machine allowing us to view x rays on a laptop at the side of your horse.
With close working connections with Three Counties Equine Hospital and visiting specialists, we are able to offer the highest levels of care for your horse both in the field and from our clinic in Blakedown.
Client care will be improved through greater case continuity, and every effort will be made to ensure you can see the vet of your choice. We will continue to do all of our out of hours care, so you will always see one of us whether during the day, or in the middle of the night.
