Equine Exports

Harriette is a UK Official Veterinarian, qualified to certify equids (horses, ponies, donkeys and zebras) for export. This involves examination and completion of the required paperwork and testing before international travel can be conducted.

If you are intending to export a horse, it is very important to understand the current government guidance on how to arrange this. Most up to date information can be found on the gov.uk website. The APHA can be contacted on 03000 200 301 to find information on what pre-export bloods and vaccinations are required for your planned destination and route. APHA will then issue the appropriate paperwork to us to complete. We will be able to advise you on timing requirements for testing and completion of paperwork.
